Morning routine was similar to last week. The paste of herbs ashes and oil was changes to include a different set of ingredients. This week the oil was replaced with juice from citrus fruits so that when applied to the skin it will exfoliate the skin slightly, and with repeated daily use it would make her skin softer and more sensitive to touch.
